Fieldstone

  • Thin Regular

    Size 2”

    Sqft per Ton 75-100

Dinner plate sized flat slabs approximately 2” thick. Stone can be used as a vertical veneer on masonry or concrete walls. It also has sufficient size, surface area and mass to be used in the construction of “dry-stacked” (without mortar), freestanding, all-stone walls. It also makes an excellent wall cap.

  • Medium Regular

    Size 2"-4”

    Sqft per Ton 60-75

Dinner plate sized flat slabs approximately 2” -4” thick. This stone is normally used in ponds and water features but can also be used as stepping stones and low incline stair treads.

  • Thick Regular

    Size 4"-6”

    Sqft per Ton 45-60

Dinner plate sized flat slabs approximately 4” - 6” thick. This stone is normally used in ponds and water features but can also be used as stepping stones and low incline stair treads.

  • Broken Dry Stack

    Size 3"-5"

    Sqft per Ton 30-40

Square blocks of Tennessee fieldstone, around 3”-5”. This particular broken stone has sufficient size and mass to be “dry-stacked” (or stacked without mortar) in a freestanding, all-stone wall. Of course, it can also be used in mortared construction. Broken Stack can also be used as an informal border as a small, easily manageable garden boulder.

  • Garden Boulders

    Size 4-100 lbs"

    Sqft per Ton N/A

Stone that is removed from the mountainside and weathered by exposure to the elements. It comes in various sizes and is normally used in ponds and water features, rock gardens and as accent stones in the landscape.

  • Fieldstone Steppers

Big pieces of fieldstone that are between 3" to 8" thick with sizes varying in length. They are used to build staircases and walkways and can be used around ponds and water features. They also make ideal splash stones for large scale water falls. We carry a wide range of sizes to suit most any need: from quarter-pallet size up to twice the size of a pallet.
